Membrane switch is a set of key functions, indicating components, instrument panel as one of the operating system.It consists of four parts: panel, upper circuit, isolation layer and lower circuit. Press the membrane switch, the contact on the circuit deforms downward, and the electrode plate of the lower circuit contacts conduction, after the finger is released, the contact on the circuit bounces back, the circuit is disconnected, and the circuit triggers a signal.

Backside Visual-It was made of 3M467 glue, we are using imported 3m adhesive to guanrantee the best quality.
We are using stainless Steel Cross dome, available sizes are 8.4, 10, 12, 14 ,16mm, etc. Recommended size 10~12mm, which are more matching the actual finger pressure use.
Connector: Pin space standard is 2.54mm（common),1.0mm(common）and 1.27mm.
It consists of 6 main layers like overlay, spacer adhesive, fixed dome tape, circuit adhesive, lower circuitry and back adhesive tape.
We have made many different types of membrane switch for our customers, which is available to custom make any shape.
The applications of membrane switches are Remote controls, Instrumentation, Electronic scales, household appliances, Human-machine interface, mechatronic control and so on.
